1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkuck ("pkuck", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://pkuck.app. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

pkuck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. pkuck makes no representations that the services offered on this platform are lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the pkuck platform is legal in your location before doing so.

These terms apply to all products and services available on pkuck, including but not limited to: cricket betting, live casino games, virtual slots, instant games, the pkuck Wheel, Queen of Bounty, and all promotional or bonus offers published on the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The pkuck platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. pkuck maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to prevent access by minors.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain an active pkuck account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from pkuck or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or by operator action.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pkuck employee or business partner in a role that involves access to non-public platform data.

pkuck reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and eligibility at any point in the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the pkuck platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. You must notify pkuck promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting the support team at [email protected]. pkuck is not liable for losses arising from failure to maintain current account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify pkuck of an unauthorised access event. Notifications of suspected unauthorised access must be sent immediately to the support team.

pkuck reserves the right to verify your identity before activating your account, processing any withdrawal, or crediting any bonus. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process may require you to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a proof-of-address document dated within the last three months, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.

All documents submitted for verification purposes are handled in accordance with the pkuck Privacy Policy. pkuck does not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pkuck accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank's processing times.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 3. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. pkuck aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the cashier page, which vary by payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are prioritised for fastest processing. pkuck does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.

• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on your account (reverse withdrawal policy).
• The total withdrawal amount in any given period must not exceed platform-stated limits unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing with pkuck.
• pkuck reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to withdrawal fees or processing delays at pkuck's discretion.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, pkuck may freeze withdrawal requests pending investigation without prior notice.

pkuck is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, bank processing schedules, or circumstances beyond pkuck's direct control. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, pkuck reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your balance accordingly, with notification provided to you.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pkuck offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general Agreement, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that offer only.

General bonus rules that apply across all pkuck promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus balance is active is ৳500 per round or bet, unless the promotion terms state a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds where both are present in the account, unless the platform cashier applies a different order as stated in the specific offer.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of their wagering completion, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL have their own validity windows. Expired promotional offers cannot be reactivated.

pkuck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an offer before a modification is made will be governed by the terms at the time of opt-in, provided they did not trigger any abuse conditions.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pkuck platform are final once confirmed. pkuck does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager.

For cricket and sports betting markets:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play bets are subject to slight delays in processing due to live data feed latency. pkuck reserves the right to void bets placed after the relevant in-play event has occurred if the system processed them after the fact.
• Matches or events abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after less than the defined minimum playing time (as stated in specific sport rules) will be treated as void and stakes returned, unless settlement rules for that market state otherwise.
• pkuck uses reputable third-party data providers to determine the outcome of sporting events. Official competition results, as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA), will be used for settlement where available.
• Obvious pricing errors on sports markets (palpable errors) may be corrected and affected bets voided at pkuck's discretion. Players who clearly exploit a palpable pricing error may have their account reviewed.

For casino games:

• All casino games available on pkuck are provided by certified third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Each game is governed by the rules embedded in the game itself and verified by the studio's own regulatory certifications.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error, pkuck will refer to the game server log to determine the valid outcome. Where a valid outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Live casino games are subject to the dealer's decisions as per the live studio's operating rules. pkuck is not responsible for errors made by third-party live casino studio staff, though player disputes can be raised with pkuck support who will escalate to the provider.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the pkuck platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful of both pkuck and other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financial fraud activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human interaction method to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker or live dealer games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkuck staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or sharing account credentials for any purpose.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion periods, or to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Engaging in any activity that pkuck determines, at its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or its player community.

pkuck employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts manual reviews of flagged accounts. Players whose accounts are flagged for investigation may experience temporary withdrawal restrictions until the review is complete. pkuck will communicate with the player via their registered email address during any investigation process.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Players may close their pkuck account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

pkuck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request made by the player through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Extended account inactivity (as defined in the platform's dormancy policy).

Where an account is closed by pkuck due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., inactivity or at the player's own request), any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their last used verified payment method.

All responsible gaming requests are handled with urgency and confidentiality.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and pkuck with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
